IRS Form 1095-B is used to report certain information to the IRS and to taxpayers about individuals who are covered by minimum essential coverage. This form communicates to the IRS if and when you had coverage through Direct Fulfillment’s health plan during 2020.
Because the “individual mandate” portion of the ACA was repealed for 2019, Form 1095-B is no longer required to compute and complete your federal tax returns.
The IRS has declared that companies such as Direct Fulfillment are no longer required to provide Form 1095-B to eligible employees.
